This week we\u2019re checking out the Lobster bass from Greece\u2019s Hamor Guitars. The model is their take on a modern design double-cut. <\/p>\n

\u201cBeautiful curves, ergonomics, reduced weight, supreme playability, and tone are this instrument\u2019s characteristics,\u201d Hamor writes. \u201cIt features a laminated neck, supported with internal carbon fibre rods and bolt-on construction. The body is slim and balanced, allowing easy access to the upper fretboard, while being fully resonant. Superb tonewood and craftmanship combined with high quality hardware and handmade pickups can offer you your dream bass!\u201d<\/p>\n

The Lobster can be built with a variety of woods for its body. Hamor fits it with a set of handmade Nick Silver pickups, Gotoh tuners, and the choice of a Gotoh, Hipshot, or ABM bridge. <\/p>\n
