The five-stringer\u2019s neck is made from maple that was cut in 1986, which is then topped with a phenolic resin fretboard. As the name implies, it has 24 frets. <\/p>\n<p>Meridian fits this J-24 with a pair of Delano Times Square pickups matched to a Delano Sonar 3 preamp. Its controls include dual volume controls, a three-band EQ, a passive tone control, coil selection switches, and an active\/passive switch.
