Knowing versatility is key, they also included electronics to give it the ability to sound modern, too. <\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a gorgeous fretless 4-string version of the Bali, built with an 8-piece body of ash, maple and walnut. The bolt-on neck is a 9-piece laminate of amaranth and maple topped with an ebony fingerboard. <\/p>\n<p>The pickups are a pair of Woodhead 4 single coils paired with Noll\u2019s TCM 3 electronics, which offers Volume, Balance, Bass, Midrange, and Treble controls. The Volume knob also doubles as an active\/passive mode switch.<\/p>\n<p>Hardware on the bass includes the company\u2019s 3D bridge and Schaller tuners. The bass is finished in red with a silk lacquer.
